Peter M. Craig – Chairman, Valicore Technologies

Peter is currently Chairman of Valicore Technologies, Inc., and was previously Vice Chairman of Rainbow Technologies, Inc., a $400 Million NASDAQ company.  Peter has previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of several technology, education, and financial services companies and has been recognized by the Forum for Corporate Directors with the Director of the Year award for his work with emerging technology companies. He has also served in various national leadership capacities on the Board of Directors of the preeminent technology trade association,TechAmerica, and its predecessor, the American Electronics Association (AeA). He previously served as a member of the Board of Trustees for the South Coast Medical Center Foundation in Laguna Beach,CA.

Reynolds Bish – CEO, Kofax plc

Board Chairman Elect – Orange County Technology Alliance

Reynolds C. Bish was appointed as Chief Executive Officer and a member of Kofax’s Board of Directors on November 5, 2007. Reynolds has been active in enterprise software markets for more than 20 years. In 1989, he co-founded Captiva Software Corporation, which became a leading provider of input management solutions and a NASDAQ listed company (CPTV). He served as Captiva’s President and CEO until its acquisition by EMC Corporation in December 2005. He then served as Vice President of EMC’s Enterprise Software Group until June 2006 when he resigned to take a sabbatical. Prior to Captiva, Reynolds was President and CEO of Unibase Systems, Inc., the first company to provide data entry systems on industry standard, open platforms. He has served on the Board of Directors of many industry organizations, including AeA, AIIM and TAWPI and in 2003 was named Ernst & Young’s Software Entrepreneur of the Year for the San Diego area. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Pennsylvania State University.

Joey Benadretti – Co-Founder & President, Syspro USA

Joey Benadretti, a co-founder of SYSPRO USA in 1987, serves as President and Joint Managing Director for the company where he has concentrated on building an in-depth organization to meet the growing needs of both the company’s expanding reseller channel and its user base of mid-market manufacturing and distribution clients. He has also been a driving factor in gaining significant international industry recognition for SYSPRO, including three “Company of the Year” awards as well as a long list of other top industry honors and accolades. Most recently Benadretti was Named One of 2010 Top Channel Chiefs by CRN Network. Today, SYSPRO is one of the most respected and notable software companies in the USA.

A board member of the British American Business Council, Benadretti is the recipient of numerous awards that have recognized his leadership in business and the software industry. He also remains very active in many areas of education, community and technology.

Oli Thordarson – CEO, Alvaka Networks

Oli Thordarson is CEO of Alvaka Networks, a provider of network security and network management services noted for its many industry awards, including most recently the 2008 Platinum Award for Best practices In Managed Services at the N-fluence Managed Service Conference

Oli has 25 years experience running his own companies in the Information Technology industry and is proud of the success of his entirely self-funded companies. Oli was the founding chairman of Intel backed Global MSP Network in 2001, an international consortium of companies providing network management services. In addition to OC Tech Alliance, Oli currently serves on the board of CompTIA, the Global IT trade association promoting industry standards, growing professional expertise, and providing IT skills education.

When not running Alvaka Networks, Oli serves on the editorial advisory council for computer industry publications, writes blogs and chairs the Technology Leadership Political Action committee (TL PAC). TL PAC serves to educate legislators, shape IT friendly laws and advance the interests of technology companies. Oli has also served on the national board of the American Electronics Association (AeA), the association for the high tech industry and currently sits on the board of the Discovery Science Center.

Feyzi Fatehi – CEO, Corent Technology

Feyzi Fatehi is the CEO of Corent Technology-the recipient of the 2012 Cloud Computing Product of the Year Award. Feyzi has twenty five years of experience in building high-performance organizations at HP and multiple software companies in Silicon Valley and in Southern California, ranging from $100M to $1B in valuation. He has been an invited speaker at the Harvard Business School, Wharton, Stanford, Pepperdine, Cal Tech and UCLA, as well as a keynote speaker around the globe at key industry events. Feyzi serves on the board of the Technology Council of Southern California, as well as on the board of the Software and information industry Association. He also serves as a member of the UCI Chief Executive Roundtable, and the Henry Samueli School of Engineering Leadership Council.

 

Bob Brunson – Executive Director, Orange County Technology Alliance

Bob brings 15+ years of turn-key experience and a proven track record in management, strategic growth, marketing/PR and development with small firms, national brands and multi-million dollar companies to the OC Tech Alliance. As the Executive Director and Co-founder Bob reports directly to the Board of Directors. From budgeting to programs, marketing to financial performance, he has turn-key responsibility for the organization’s viability and growth.

Bob’s previous role was Director of TechAmerica Orange County, where he had complete responsibility for the growth, development and performance of the OC Council…including the management of staff, six committees and approximately 30 volunteers.

Prior to this Bob was Marketing & Public Relations Manager for a division of Clear Channel Radio, where he successfully developed and managed all facets of the company’s first national marketing/PR campaign. Bob has developed, and managed successful marcom campaigns for well-known brands such as Isuzu Corporation, United Way, PADI Americas, Noritsu, Time Warner and many others.

AND YES…Bob was the Ultimate KISS Fan featured on A&E’s Gene Simmons Family Jewels Season One.
